Jesse Soopaya
My journey into barefoot health and natural movement stemmed from my own transition toward a more grounded, nature-aligned lifestyle. Through personal experience, I’ve come to appreciate the profound impact that foot health, posture, and movement patterns have on overall well-being—especially in running.
I’ve worked with leading experts in rehabilitation and performance, integrating Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability, physiotherapy and bodywork to help others refine their mechanics, prevent injury, and move with greater ease.
