Meet The Teachers
Jesse Soopaya
Jesse is an Integrative Physiotherapist, Holistic Health Coach & Co-Founder of Lionheart. He is a mentor, coach and therapist for those in pain, and struggling with injuries. Through his experience with Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability, Yoga and Chi Gong he guides others towards harmony, alignment and vitality.
Sam Rattu
Sam is more than just a trainer—he’s a holistic physiotherapist with over 11 years of expertise in neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. His deep understanding of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability (DNS) and strength training allows him to offer a world-class level of coaching.
