With over twenty years of experience as a remedial therapist and a background in gymnastics, I have developed a deep understanding of the human body. My classes use a unique combination of fascial stretching and strengthening which serve as a natural, inexpensive, drug-free alternative for bodily aches and pains. My strength lies in my ability to help others improve their tissue elasticity, joint mobility and overall functioning. I am passionate about helping others move freely in their body, beyond pain and limitation.

Let’s roll - Fascial Rolling Class

Let’s Roll is a fascial release and mobility class designed to release tension, restore movement, and enhance body awareness. Using a combination of foam rollers, therapy balls, and guided breathwork, this class helps hydrate, decompress, and realign the fascia, the connective tissue that supports and integrates your entire body.
