Meet The Teacher

I'm thrilled to introduce myself as a Soul Movement teacher and Yoga instructor, blending various modalities to facilitate a vibe change. I believe in creating a nurturing environment for individuals to explore their self-expression through movement.

My approach incorporates layers from my experience with dance, primal movement, yoga, dynamic neuromuscular stability, energy healing, and internal martial arts. I am here to help you feel centred, grounded, and empowered.

As you engage in movement, you will discover the power of your inner being. My goal is to guide you toward a harmonious balance within, allowing you to embrace your authenticity and flow through life's transitions with confidence and grace.
