Tracy Bradley
Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher
Tracy is a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, who holds regular weekly classes in other centers of health and wellbeing in the Northeastern suburbs of Melbourne.
As a former Ballet dancer, also trained in Barre, Yoga and Body Balance, Tracy understands the deep importance of connecting with our bodies, and how our intuitive wisdom can be re-awakened through mindful movement and focus.
Meditation is not something we do, it is a state of being, but this doesn’t mean that all meditation practices have to be still and silent. Many techniques can be learned that incorporate moving the body with total mind connection. Ballet and Yoga are examples of mindful awareness whilst in motion. Mindful awareness is the state that is learnt through the practice of meditation.
Tracy uses all her skills together, including the 35 years of experience working closely with people as a hair & makeup artist. Her years as a performer also in the fields of acting and singing, and the various opportunities she has had in public speaking roles, gained from years as a public presenter. This all adds to the richness and creative diversity she brings to her meditation and yoga classes.
Her passion for people to grow, develop and re-connect to their true nature and essence, and find acceptance, is what has propelled her to become a teacher of mindfulness. Tracy has a keen interest in the health and leisure industries and is focused on bringing meditation and mindfulness into sporting clubs, both with individual athletes and teams.

“When you lose touch with inner stillness, you lose touch with yourself.
When you lose touch with yourself, you lose yourself in the world.” - Eckhart Tolle
What’s Involved
Meditation isn’t about finding peace. Meditation is about meeting reality. There you develop clarity and acceptance and soften the need to run from yourself, then we find stillness, and in stillness we find peace. It isn’t about stopping your thoughts, but rather tuning your attention to your inner state. In this meditation class, we practice being in a mindful state. This is learning how to bring complete attention to, and awareness of the present moment. Whatever arises is acknowledged without judgment or reaction.
This meditation practice enables you to learn how to connect with the ‘present’ through a guided 1 hour experience, where you learn to slow down, feel what is true, and allow your experience to move through you. It is a gentle healing practice that allows you to feel safe with whatever rises.
