What’s involved?

Developed and taught by Molly Rose, Single Leg Flow offers a challenging and fun practice focused on improving mobility, stability, and balance through a variety of postures.

This hybrid class is inspired by Ashtanga yoga, primal movement, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability. The intention is to develop unparalleled elasticity, stability and control in the lower limbs through single-leg focused training.

Most daily tasks and sports involve single-leg movement patterns. Single-leg training is essential to correct imbalances in the body. It restores symmetry in the neuromuscular system by targeting one side of the body and brain.

This improves coordination, posture, and balance, leading to more efficient movement patterns and reduced injury.

Who Is This For?

This class is for the passionate mover, performer and everyday athlete struggling with pain, injuries and imbalances. It is for anyone wanting to improve their symmetry and strength.

Each participant receives tailored guidance throughout the class. Students are encouraged to feel the movement patterns via their awareness and breath.

Molly Rose

I am a Soul Movement coach, Yoga teacher, and Reiki channel and I love to express myself through movement. I am here to hold a safe space for you to train in as you “roar” your way into your true self-expression. Through a blend of yoga, dynamic neuromuscular stability, and energy arts I teach you how to be centered, grounded and empowered.
