Jesse David Soopaya
Integrative Physiotherapist & Founder
Meet Jesse
Jesse is an integrative physiotherapist who has dedicated his life to liberating others from pain, suffering, and imbalances. With a grounded yet intuitive approach, his mission is to empower individuals to unlock freedom in their bodies and access their full potential. Combining over a decade of expertise with advanced training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability (DNS), Active Release Techniques (ART), Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Transcendental Awareness Meditation, Yoga and Chi Gong, Jesse bridges Eastern wisdom and Western science. His approach integrates rehabilitation science, movement coaching, bodywork, lifestyle medicine and nature-based therapies to treat not just symptoms but the root cause of dysfunction.
Guided by a philosophy shaped through personal and professional experiences, Jesse views health as a harmonious balance of physical, mental, emotional and energetic well-being. He is the co-creator of the Physical Freedom Method, a unique framework designed to restore alignment, optimise movement, and foster resilience. Whether helping clients overcome chronic pain, recover from injury, or reconnect with their purpose, Jesse’s work inspires transformation and empowers individuals to reclaim their innate healing potential.
Qualifications & Training
-
This laid the foundation for Jesse’s anatomical understanding of the human body and manual therapy.
-
Jesse trained in FMS to enhance his ability to assess biomechanics, coach movement, and design corrective exercise strategies. This knowledge has been instrumental in both his training and client’s programs.
-
Jesse’s interest in the nervous system deepened when he completed Level 4 FNOR training. This allowed him to better address complex neuromuscular issues and integrate a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
-
Jesse completed his first DNS training through the Rehabilitation University of Prague in 2019, focusing on motor control and stability. DNS has since become one of the most effective tools in his practice, and he’s continued to build on these skills with advanced DNS training.
-
Jesse graduated at the top of his cohort, earning dux honors. His studies provided a strong foundation in evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques.
-
Seeking a deeper perspective, Jesse trained in Transcendental Awareness Meditation, Yoga, and Chi Gong. These practices transformed both his professional approach and personal life, enabling him to treat pain from physical, mental, and energetic perspectives.Item description
