Trained at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai—the world’s oldest organized yoga center—Divya is a certified Yoga Therapist with over a decade of experience. Her sessions, imbued with warmth and nourishment, focus on alignment, strength, and the unity of body, mind, and spirit. She specializes in personalized 1:1 yoga therapy, tailoring sessions to meet unique individual needs, guided by the four pillars of the yogic lifestyle:
