Developed and taught by Molly Rose, the skill of moving on one leg welcomes a challenging and essential movement practice for a healthy functioning body.

Too many people are caught in training bilateral movements. This practice creates strength, stability, and balance on your mat and in your day. Deep focus is required for harmony and achieving a flow state.

Meet Your Teacher

I am a Soul Movement Coach, Reiki Channel and Co-Founder of Lionheart Integrative Therapies. I am here to hold a safe and connective space for you to enjoy and let’s be honest; ROAR!

With an abundance of love in my heart I express myself through dancing, strength training, yoga, and movement flows.  

Through a blend of yoga, energy healing, and internal martial arts practices, working with me you'll learn to be centred and grounded with increased self-awareness and flow.
