All my pathways lead to Yoga. I am a healer, the activator in this discipline and I support others who need a more tranquil way. I aim to serve you well via the path of Yoga, helping provide more balance in your life.
It is a privilege for me to show you the way, through this uplifting practice of repeated discipline, towards a more conscious awareness of mind, body and spirit. Illuminating new perspectives is a powerful outcome we like to achieve in yoga. Yoga offers techniques of relaxed movement, breathing and rest.
