Breathe & Flow harnesses the awareness cultivated in the "Awareness" class to create a challenging and playful movement flow.

Partnered with the breath, your body is holding postures, activating correct muscles & flowing through positions.

The sequence finishes with resting & relaxing into a guided meditation.

Students are encouraged to attend both classes to reap the full benefit of the offering.
