Awareness is the first part of a two-hour class designed by Molly Rose.
It is designed to assist you in cultivating a deeper connection with yourself.
You will experience a unique blend of modalities drawing from the teachings of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Yoga.
The intention is to guide you toward awareness of your physical, emotional, and energetic state.
Although physically gentle, this class can powerfully activate your personal power and wisdom.
Attending the Breath and Flow class after is strongly recommended to attend the full benefits of the offering.
